THE TOWN BOARD OF TFE TO'01 OF NE14 CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS M' S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
The highway traffic regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes of 1940, Chapter 169
as amended h,r the laws of 1G51 and Laws of 1953, are hereby adopted as traffic
ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the Town of New
Canada. The sections of Minnesota. Statutes herein referred to and the provisions
thereof are hereby incorporated and made part of the ordinances of the Town of
New Canada. as completely as if set out in full.
SLCTION 2
An- violation of the traffic laws of the Town of New Canada shall constitute a
Misdemeanor and any perscr convicted of violation of the provisions of this ord-
inance shall be punished by a fine neot to exceed One Hundred Dollars (100.00) or
by, imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days.
SECTIO? 3
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its rublication
according to law.
