CDRB Meeting Cancellation for October 27,2009

Meeting Cancellation
The October 27, 2009, community design review board (CDRB) meeting has been cancelled.
Staff has an active application under review which will be reviewed by the CDRB on November
10,2009. The application is for a proposed T-Mobile telecommunications tower at the Harmony
Learning Center site. Staff is also working on the sign ordinance revisions which will be
presented to the CDRB for further review in November. Staff will be meeting with the White Bear
Avenue Business Association on October 26, 2009 to gather feedback on the proposed revisions.
The next scheduled meeting of the CDRB is November 10, 2009.
