CDRB Meeting Cancellation for September 22, 2009

Meeting Cancellation
The September 22, 2009, community design review board (CDRB) meeting has been cancelled.
Staff has two active applications under review but both applicants have requested extensions in
order to revise plans. Staff was anticipating that these applications would have been resubmitted
for CDRB review for September 22. They are the T-Mobile cell phone tower at the Harmony
School site (or perhaps an alternative location) and the Aldi food store on White Bear Avenue and
Radatz Avenue. The developers of these projects are exploring their options and looking into
possible revisions. Staff is also working on the sign ordinance revisions which will be presented
to the CDRB for further review and is presently being brought before other business groups for
comment.
The next scheduled meeting of the CDRB is October 13, 2009.
