CDRB Meeting Cancellation for September 8, 2009

Meeting Cancellation
The September 8, 2009, community design review board (CDRB) meeting has been cancelled.
Staff has two active applications under review but both applicants have requested extensions in
order to revise plans. These applications will be brought before the CDRB in a future meeting.
Staff is also working on the sign ordinance revisions which will be presented to the CDRB for
further review. The next scheduled meeting of the CDRB is September 22, 2009. The
September 15, 2009 planning commission meeting had to be rescheduled to September 22,2009
due to the city's primary election. The planning commission meeting will start at 7 p.m. meaning
the CDRB meeting will need to be concluded by this time. Staff apologizes for the inconvenience.
