CDRB Meeting Cancellation for September 9, 2008

Meeting Cancellation
The September 9, 2008, community design review board (CDRB) meeting has been cancelled.
Staff has been reviewing the plans for the Legacy Shops at Legacy Village and will be presenting
that project for review on September 23'd
New Planner Hired
Some of you may have heard by now that the city has hired a new planner. We are happy to
announce that Mike Martin, formerly a consultant planner with the firm of MFRA and Associates,
will be starting with the city on September 8th Mike comes to us with considerable knowledge in
land use planning and has worked as a consultant with several municipalities assisting in their
day-to-day planning office functions. We all are looking forward to having Mike on our team.
