Mr. Wahlberg clarified that the proposed renovation would include the entire east and north sides of the Merit Chevrolet building. Mr. Wahlberg explained that the metal panel finishes would be done in gray, blue and silver and will wrap the entire east side of the building and continue down the north side of the building for a short distance to the repair garage. The repair garage will be cleaned and repainted, but will remain stucco. Community Design Review Board 2 Minutes 07-08-2008 Boardmember Olson asked if the initial proposal was for alteration to the entryway only. Mr. Wahlberg responded that the renovation was originally proposed for all sides of the building, but the small detail on the site plan was used to show construction details. Mr. Wahlberg said the west and south sides of the building would be repainted along with some entrance treatment work at the body shop area at the rear of the building. Boardmember Demko asked if there is mechanical equipment on the roof. Mr. Wahlberg responded that there are a couple of small pieces of equipment on the roof.
