A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 5:10 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Mayor Longrie moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Rossbach. Ayes -All
The motion passed.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Declaration of Council Manager Workshop topic and intent to (close session).
Mayor Longrie explained the process of holding a closed city council meeting and closed the
meeting based upon the attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(b).
Markham Pond Retaining Wall -Discussion with Attorney on Legal Strategy

Acting City Manager, Chuck Ahl had stated during the Hazelwood and County Road D hearing
that Mr. Schreier had asked if he needed to get an attorney and that Mr. Schreier had stated that
he was going to Ramsey County District Court.
Declaration to open session.
Mayor Longrie reopened the meeting for item D2
2. Discussion on Visitor Presentations
a. Councilmember Rossbach and Councilmember Hjelle gave reports regarding Visitor
Presentations.
After a lengthy discussion the council decided to put this on the agenda for the next council
meeting before action can be taken.
