A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 4:30 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Nephew moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Rossbach. Ayes -All
The motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS
a. Board and Commission Interviews
i. Don Anderson Community Design Review Board 4:30 pm
ii. Peter Fischer Parks & Recreation Commission 4:40 pm
iii. Caleb Anderson Historic Preservation Commission 4:50 pm
iv. Craig Brannon Parks & Recreation Commission 5:00 pm
The council took a 15 minute break in between board and commission interviews.
v. Matt Wise Community Design Review Board 5:40 pm
vi. Colleen Naughton Police Civil Service Commission 5:50 pm
vii. Therese Sonnek Parks & Recreation Commission 6:00 pm
viii. Ananth Shankar Community Design Review Board 6:15 pm

Acting City Manager Ahl handed out ballots to the councilmembers to rank the
interviewees for the openings on the board and commissions. The council will announce
their selections during the 7:00 p.m. city council meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Longrie adjourned the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
