AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 24-60 OF THE
MAPLEWOOD CITY CODE REGARDING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repealer. Chapter 24, Article III of the city code is amended as follows:
City Code section 24-60 is repealed in its entirety.
Sec. 24-60 – 24-85. Reserved.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective August 1, 2023 following its
adoption and publication.
