AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-17 OF THE MAPLEWOOD CITY
CODE PERTAINING TO ADMINISTRATIVE PENAL OFFENSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1-17 (c) of the Maplewood City Code is hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 1-17. - Administrative penal offenses.
(c) Reserved.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective following its adoption and
publication.
Approved by the City Council of the City of Maplewood, Minnesota, on this 14th day of February
2022.
