An Ordinance Removing the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Distance Regulations
The Maplewood City Council ordains as follows:
Section I. The Maplewood City Council hereby amends Chapter 6, Article III, Division 2,
Subdivision I of the Maplewood Code of Ordinances: (Additions are underlined and deletions are
stricken from the original ordinance.)
Sec. 6-169. — Reserved.
Section II. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication in the city's official
newspaper.
Approved by the city council of the city of Maplewood this 10th day of August, 2020.
