CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE IV, DIVISION
3 OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING
THE POLICE CIVIL SERVICE
COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MAPLEWOOD, MINNESOTA
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Chapter 2, Article
IV, Division 3 of the city code is
amended by repealing Sec. 2-216 in
full and renumbering the remaining
sections as follows: ( deleted text
out, additions underlined)
DIVISION 3 . -Reserved .
Secs. 2-216 -2~245 . Reserveif
SECTION 11. This Ordinance shall
be effective upon its adoption and
publication .
