PUBLIC NOTICE
The Maplewood city council has
adopted Ordinance No . 992 which
establishes the Beebe Meadows
storm sewer improvement tax district.
Beebe Meadows is a new seven-lot
residential subdivision which will treat
stormwater onsite . Maintenance
of the stormwater facilities will be
the responsibility of the subdivision
homeowners . If the homeowners fail
to maintain the storm water facilities,
the storm sewer improvement tax
district allows the city to perform the
maintenance and levy a tax against
the seven lots to recover the cost of
that work . No cost would be borne
by the other taxpayers in the city.
A full copy of Ordinance No . 992 is
available in the office of the city clerk.
This ordinance shall be effective
after its adoption . A full copy of the
Ordinance is available in the Office
of the City Clerk , 1830 County Road
