ACJ ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD
ZONING CODE
TU COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOLS HLR.iBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9U6 of the Haplewood Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
906.400. R -3C TOV,4110USES. Townhouses are defined as multiple dwelling structures
consisting of at least three attached dwelling units, with no one unit or major portion
thereof directly above or below any other unit. Such units are commonly described as
row houses, patio biomes, or quads.
906.000. VAK2HENTS. Apartments are defined as multiple dwelling structures con-
sisting of at least three attached dwelling units having entrances from common hallways.
Section 2. This ordinance sliall take effect upon its passage and publication.
