AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD
ZONI14G CODE
THL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described properties are hereby rezoned from
R-1 (Single Family Residence) to B -C (Business -Commercial):
Subject to widened STH 61-1 and except the South 651.5 ft of Lot 1;
Subject to widened STH 61-1 the North 111 feet of the South 651.5 ft of
Lot 1;
Moores Garden Lots
(Hoye commonly described as 1741 Arcade Street)
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
