HomeMy WebLinkAboutNo 462 Amending the Maplewood Zoning CodeORDINANCE NO. 462 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD ZONI14G CODE THL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following described properties are hereby rezoned from R-1 (Single Family Residence) to B -C (Business -Commercial): Subject to widened STH 61-1 and except the South 651.5 ft of Lot 1; Subject to widened STH 61-1 the North 111 feet of the South 651.5 ft of Lot 1; Moores Garden Lots (Hoye commonly described as 1741 Arcade Street) Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of Maplewood, Minnesota, this lst day of Pfarch, 1979.
