fM COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF MAPLE:WOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned
from R-2 Double Dwelling Rksidential to R-1 Single Dwelling Residential:
The N 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 29
Range 22, except the W 1207.9 feet and except the South 155 feet.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
