OF THE MAPLEWOUD CODE RELATING
TO BINGO
THE COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES MRLBY URDAI14 AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 802.020, Subd. (C), is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SU2.020. LOCATION OF GAME (C). Only members of the association shall be
permitted to conduct the game of Bingo, and said members shall be compensated no
more than the maximum provided by the State of Minnesota for services rendered in
the conduct or operation of the game.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATL. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication.
