AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES hERLBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property 1s hereby rezoned from
F (Farm Residence District) to R-2 (Two Family Residence District):
Unplatted Lands: The N 80 feet of the S 365 feet of the S 1/2
of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 15. Town-
ship 29, Range 22, lying west of the right of
way of the Northern Pacific Railway, subject to
the W 33 feet thereof, taken for English Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the
City of Maplewood. Minnesota. this
27th day of October. 1977.
