AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD
7.ONING CODE
THE CITY COUItiCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES 11FREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from F
(Farm Residence) to R-1 (Single Family Residence):
Unplatted Lands: Subject to STH 100-117 the West 200 feet of East 230
feet of South 240 feet of Southeast 1/4 of Northwest
1/4 of Section 13, Township 28, Range 22
(2495 Highwood Avenue)
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
