AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE
The City Council of the City of Maplewood does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from
F (Farm Residence District) to R-1 (Single Family Dwelling District):
East 150 feet of West 460 feet of North 200 feet of part
of SW 1/4 South of Radatz Avenue in Section 2, Township
29, Range 22
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publica-
tion.
