AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD
ZONING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from
F, Farm Residential to R-1, Single Family Dwelling District:
Except the East 235 feet, the north 100 feet of South 1013 feet
of East 488 feet of SE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29, Range 22
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the
City of Maplewood, this 20th day
of January, 1977.
