AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD
ZONING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby zoned from
R-2, Double Duelling District to R-1, Single Family Dwelling District:
Except the Hest 5 feet of Lot 14, all of Lot 13, Block 2,
Sabin Addition to Gladstone
Section 2 This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.

City of Maplewood. this 20th day
of January, 1977.
