AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THIS
MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAId AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from
R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential):
Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 77 except the westerly 355' as
measured along the northerly property line.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council
of the City of Maplewood,
Minnesota, this 26th day
of August, 1976.
