AN ORDINANCE AMEiNDINC SECTION 1505.020
OF THE MAPLEWOOD CODE RE=LATING TO THE
WATER AVAILABILITY CBARCE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLhW00D IS HEREBY ORDAIY°ED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section No. 1505.020, Paragraph A is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"A. Each separate residential dwelling shall be designated as one unit.
Mobile home Park shall be designated as one unit per prepared space.
Ancillary buildings and structures to residential dwellings shall not be charged."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and public—
