AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 212 OF THE
MAPLEWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING REGULAR
COUNCIL MEETING DATES
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Maplewood, as
follows:
Section 1. That Chapter 212 of the Municipal Code is hereby established
reading as follows:
212.010. REGULAR MEETINGS. The Maplewood City Council shall hold regular
meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:30 P.M.,
provided that said date does not fall on a date designated by law as a
legal holiday.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and publication as provided by law.
