AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from
R-3 (Mulitple Dwelling District) to BC (Business -Commercial):
Lot 10, Block 5, Midvale Acres No. 2
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the
City of Maplewood, Minnesota, this
2nd day of October, 1975.
