AN ORDINAME AMMING THE MAPTEWOOD
CODE SECTION 202.190 CONCEMUNG PERMITS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF M"LEWOOD DOES MM ON)AIN AS FOLLMIS:
Section 1. Section 202,190 of the 11aplewod Code is hereby amended to
read as follows;
10202*190, PMITS WITHOUT COUNCIL APPROVAL. The Director of City
Development may approve or cause to be modified, sign applications not axG0W-
ing, Y"1,,000,.00 in construction tialuation and also any building permits for
additions or remodeling, Aierc the construction valuation does not exceed ,�5*000.00."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage, adoption and
publication.
