No licensee shall keep, possess or operate$ or permit the keeping in P03SCs1--'i0n or operation Of. on any licensed premieres or in any room adjoining the licensed premises, any slot machine* dice or any Sambling device or apparatus, nor permit any gambling therein, nor permit the licensed premises or any room in the same, or any adjoining building directly or indirectly under his control, to be used as a resort for I PrOO'Atutcs or Other disorderly persons. Subsection (11). Coin operated arau:iement devices may not be used by any person under the Statutory age of majority in any intoxicatin.- beverage dispensing bar room. Section 2. That Section 703.149 is amended as follows: Subsection (8).
