AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
PSAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from
R-1 Residence District (Single Family Dwelling) to R-2 Residence District
(Double Dwelling), to wit:
UNPLATTID LAMS:
W 1/2 of N 1,/2 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of
Section 17, Town 29, Range 22
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
