AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD CODE CHAPTER 202
RELATING TO THE COMMUNITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 202.150 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, Subsection
(5), is hereby amended to read as follows:
(5) Review, prepare and make a report to the City Council by
January 31 of each year regarding its actions and activities
during the year along with recommendations for changes which
the Board may deem desirable.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and publication.
