Section 1. Section 909.020 PRITRICTFD TISF... Is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"909.020. RESTRICTrD USE. No building may be erected altered or used
within 200 feet of a residence district whithin the Village and no light
manufacturing, use ❑Pay be conducted whether inside or outside of t8e building
within 200 feet of a residence district within the Village, except as authorized
by special permit to be issued by the P,overning body.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
