AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING THE
MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE.
THE COUNCIL OF THF. VILLAGE OF MA.PLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned
from R-1 (Single Dwelling, Residence District) to R-2 (Double Family
Dwelling), to wit:
All that part of Lot 1, Block 3 HILLCREST GARDENS that is
Westerly of a line run from a point on the Northerly line
of said I.ot 241.84 feet Westerly of and parallel to the
Fast line of said Lot for 68.06 feet. thence -un South-
easterly for 48.13 feet to a point on the P;ocherly line
of said Lot that is 221.84 feet West of tEe. Fast line of
said Lot.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and
publication.
