AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE. OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property in hereby rezoned
from F -R (Farm Residence District) to 4-1 (Light Manufacturing District),
to wit:
The Mr.114 of Section 36, T. 29, R. 22, except the N 785 feet of
the t4W 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 36, and the W 1/8 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 36, T. 29, R. 22 except the N 5 acres thereof,
Ramsey County owned by Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and Publication.
Passed by the Council of the Village
of Maplewood this 4th day of January, 1973.
