AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 604 OF THE
MAPLEWOOD CODE
CONCERNING SEWAGE DISCHARGE
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 604.020 SEWAGE DISPOSAL PROVISIONS is hereby amended
by adding thereto to the following paragraph:
"No multiple family building for three or more family units shall be built
without hook-up to the Village Sanitary Sewer System."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage, approval and publication.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Maplewood, Minnesota,
this 22nd day of June, 1972
