AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD
CODE RELATING TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES RMUOY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 206.140 (A) 1. (e) is hereby wended as
follows: follows:
"The adopted "BATE STRUCTURE" contained in Section
206.140 (A) 1. (e) is hereby repealed and the
following "RATE STRUCTURE" hereby adopted in lieu
thereof:
"RATE STRUCTURE"

amended hereins shall remain in effect as adopted."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take affect and be in force from and after
its passage and publication.
