HomeMy WebLinkAboutNo 313 Amending Chapter 701 of the Maplewood Code Relating to Non-Intoxicating Malt LiquorORDINANCE NO. 313 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 701 OF THE MAPLEWOOD CODE RELATING TO NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 701 is hereby amended by adding Section 701.011 to read as follows: 11701.011. LICENSE PROHIBITED. No such 'on -sale' nor 'off -sale' non - intoxicating malt beverage license shall be issued to a premises licensed as a motor fuel station, motor fuel station convenience store, internal motor fuel station, major motor fuel station, truck stop as defined in Section 907.031 of the Maplewood Code." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed by the Council of the Village of Maplewood this 16th day of March, 1972.
