Section 1215.090 is hereby amended to read as follows. "Section 1215.090 ORGANIZED TRAIL RIDE PERMITS. The Public Safety Director may at his discretion issue to an organized snowmobile group a parmlf granting special parmission for a trail ride over a specified route until 2:00 A.M. on a specific date. "Application for such special Permit shall be made on a form to be provided by the Public Safety Director, which shal I require, but not be limited W, the following: The name and address, if any, of the group, and the name and address of its representative in charge of the trail ride, the route to be followed and the date and hours of the ride, as well as the approximate number of Participants in the ride." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed by Me Council of the Village of Maplewood this 2nd day M March, 1972.
