PAUL CITY ORDINANCE. NO. 11971, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ST. PAUL CITY ORDINANCE NO. 11061. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF `)1APLEW00D DOES HERESY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village of Maplewood accepts and concurs in St. Paul City Ordinance No. 11971 which is an ordinance amending St. Paul City Ordinance No. 11061, the original ordinance of the City of St. Paul granting permission and authority to the Village of Maplewood to connect the public sewer system of said Village to the public sewer system of St. Paul, said amending ordinance extending the Maplewood sewer system within the Village to areas not heretofore included as part of the authorized areas for connection to St. Paul sewers. The Village of Maplewood hereby approves the said St. Paul Ordinance No. 11971. Section 2. The Clerk of the Village of Maplewood is hereby authorized and directed to forward to the Clerk of the City of St. Paul on or before July 20, 1961 a certified copy of this ordinance as required by the provisions of St. Paul Ordinance No. 11971. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. SECTION 3 This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
