:;eotion 1. That rection 1-9 of ,)rdinance 13o. 53 is hereby emended as
fellows
"rection 1-9. Any temporary or permanent street having a 'Width of less
than sixty (60) feet and 'Wray alley shall be considered as a permissible-✓ariance
from this ordinance providing the village engineer shall design such street or
alley in the beet possible manner for the contempinted use. `'.`he petitioner may
be rewired to enter into special agreements pertaining, to such sub -standard
streets or such alleys."
=action 2. 'his ordinance shall take effect from and after passage and
publication as provided by law.
