THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TRE VILLAGE OF WLEWt)OD DOES ORDALNs Section 1. Ordinance #110, Section 3, is hereby amended to read as follows: ,,ec. 3. That hereafter any applicant for a permit to engage in the busi- ness of a solicitor, as herein defined, shall file :^ith the Village Clerk a written application for such permit, on a form to be provided, stating the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of the person, firm or cor- poratior. which he represents, the kind of goods offered for sale, or kind of ser- vice performed. In the case of certain solicitations covering the entire village, the Council maq waive licenses and require a surety bond in such amount as the Council may determine. Such bond, when required, shall provide for indemnification if any funds paid to solicitors are fraudulently or unlawfully diverted oy sol- icitors or those responsible for the solicitation. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
