AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING
LIQUOR ON PREMISES LICENSED TO SELL 3.2 BEER.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. That for the remainder of the year 1960, through and
including December 31, 1960, intoxicating liquor may be consumed on the premises
of a duly licensed on -sale 3.2 beer licensee having a tavern license during
the hours when the sale of such non -intoxicating 3.2 beer is permitted.
Sec. 2. This ordinance constitutes a temporary suspension of
Ordinance No. 96 as it applies to the premises of on -sale 3.2 non -intoxicating
beer licensees having tavern license.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall not be considered as an authorization
for the sale of or possession of intoxicating liquor by any 3.2 beer licensee.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and shall expire December 31, 1960.
