PAUL CITY ORDINANCE No. 11781 THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Paul City Ordinance No. 11781 being an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11061, the ordinance granting permission and authority to the Village of Maplewood to connect the Maplewood sanitary sewer system to the St. Paul sanitary sewer system, and providing annual charge of $5.00 and annual sewer rental charge of $5.00 for trailer coaches, is hereby approved and accepted by the Village of Maplewood. Sec. 2. The Village of Maplewood hereby formally accepts all provisions, terms and conditions of St. Paul Ordinance No. 11781 and hereby agrees to abide by all such provisions, terms and conditions. Sec. 3. The Clerk of the Village of Maplewood is hereby authorized and instructed to forward a certified copy of this ordinance to the City Clerk and the Comptroller of the City of St. Paul within ten (10) days after this ordinance takes effect. Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval and publication. Passed the Village Council this 21st day of July, 1960. Forrest A? Schmid, Mayor.
