AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE BOARD
OF APPEALS AND ADJUSTMENTS.
Section 1. Ordinance number 202.111 1s hereby amended to
read as follows:
"202.111 MEMBERSHIP OF APPEALS BOARD. The Board of Appeals
and Adjustments shall consist of the Mayor and four (4) members of
the Village Council.
Section, 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage
and publication.
Passed by the Village Council
this 3rd day of June, 1911.
