FROM R-1 TO R-2

Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Maplewood Zoning Ordinance.

THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the
Maplewood Zoning Ordinance, approval is hereby
granted to zoning change from R 1, Residence District
(Single dwelling) to R-2, Residence District (Double
dwelling) in so far as it affects the following described
real property located within the Village of Maplewood,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, to -wit:
Except the West 515 feet:
