AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 802 OF THE MAPLEWOOD
CODE RELATING TO BINGO
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 802. 020, Subd, (c), is hereby amended to read as follows:
"802. 020. LOCATION OF GAME. . . . (c) Only members of the associa-
tion shall be permitted to conduct the game of Bingo, and said members shall
be paid no more than Eight ($8. 00) Dollars for services rendered in the con-
duct or operation of the game. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
passage and publication.
