AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIE MAPLEWOOD CODE RELATING
TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1202.010 of the Maplewood Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"1202.010. INTOXICATION. Any person, or persons, who shall appear upon the
streets or alleys of Maplewood or any public place, public park, ar any building
open to the public such as a school, stadium, theater, arena:, fairgrounds or other
public place, or in any privately owned place which is open, to the public, in
state of intoxication shall be guilty of a misdemeanor."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and publication.
