HomeMy WebLinkAboutNo 249 Amending the Maplewood Code Relating to Disorderly ConductORDINANCE NO. 249 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIE MAPLEWOOD CODE RELATING TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 1202.010 of the Maplewood Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "1202.010. INTOXICATION. Any person, or persons, who shall appear upon the streets or alleys of Maplewood or any public place, public park, ar any building open to the public such as a school, stadium, theater, arena:, fairgrounds or other public place, or in any privately owned place which is open, to the public, in state of intoxication shall be guilty of a misdemeanor."
