THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAPLEW)OT) DOW HMBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Sectior 1. Section 1206.010 of the Maplewood Code is hereby amended to read as fo I I mrs - 111206.010. DIsCHARGj OF FIRZARbij. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge any gun, revolver, pistol, or firearms of any Kind or des- cription within the Village of Maplewood, whether the saw be luaded with Power and ball, loaded or blank cartridges or any Kind of explosive. it shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possesoion or to shoot, discharge or explode any preparation of potash, mixture of sulphur and saltpeter, nitroglycerin, dynamite, plastic explosive, fireworks, or any other kind of explosive material, and all such acts are hereby prohibited unless specifically authorized by permit issued by the Village or by permit issued by the State Department of Conservation."
