AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE
INHALING, BREATHING OR DRINK-
ING OF CERTAIN SUBSTANCES AND
REGULATING THE SALE THEREOF.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY
OR-DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Maple-ood Code is hereby
amended by adding thereto a new Chap-
ter as follows:
