Passed by the Commell of the Village of Imaplevow this —.4. day of mayor AltgMt t ltt�rae " f AYW G) C Cle ORDINANCE NO. 227 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 401.010 OF CHAPTER 401 OF MAPLEWOOD CODE RELATING TO ADOPTION OF STATE MOTOR VE- HICLE CODE. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY OR- DAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, Maplewood Code, Section 401.010 is hereby amended to read as follows: "401.010. ADOPTION OF CODE. The highway traffic regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169 as amended by Laws of 1967 and prior amendments, are hereby adopted as the traffic ordinance of the Village of Maplewood regulating the use of high- ways, streets, roads and alleys and reg- ulating the operation of vehicles within the village. The sections of Minnesota Statutes herein referred to and all pro- visions supplementary thereto and amendatory thereof are hereby incor- porated into and made a part of this Code as completely as if said provisions were set out in full_" Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed by the Council of the Village of Maplewood this 6 day of July, 1967. Louis P.
