AN ORDINANCE AMDING YAPLMOD CODE, SBCTION 911.0109

THS COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLE9FOOD ORDAINS AS FOLWWBI
Section 1. Maplewood Code, Section 911.010 subparagraph 9 (d) is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"(d) The development shall conform to the plan as filed with the
Village of Maplewood and any variations from the plan shall
require recommendation by the planning board and approval
by the Village Council."
Section 2. Maplewood Code, Section 911.010 is hereby amended by
adding new subparagraphs number 10 and 11 to read as follows:
1110. The owner of any tract of land containing five (5) or more
acres in any use district may apply to the Village Council for development of
said tract pursuant to a planned unit development as defined in the preceding
subparagraph 9. Such application shall. be made to the Clerk upon the forms
supplied by him, in the number of copies required, and can be made by the land
owner or by an option holder if all owners of the land sign the application. The
fee to accompany such application shall be'$75.00 plus $5.00 for each additional
acre in excess of 5 acres.
11. Upon receipt of an application as specified in the foregoing sub-
paragraph 10, the Clerk shall, within 14 days after filing date, forward copies
to the Planning Commission and to the Council. The Council shall set the hearing
date at a time which allows the Planning Commission time for study and conferences
with the developer and any other persons it desires to consult. The Council may
act at any time after it receives the Commissioners report and such report shall
be made by the Planning Commission not more than 60 days after the date the Clerk
delivers the application to the Commission, unless the time is extended by the
Council. Hearings shall be held in the same manner as provided for other special
use permits."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
